The Memory Care program at Abiitan fully embraces the idea of living well in every moment. With our services and amenities, you know that your loved one is getting the specialized care necessary to allow them to thrive and live in the moment. We see each resident in our memory care as an individual, and cater the Awakenings program to each person for their specific needs by forming a partnership with those that are important in their lives, from loved ones to medical staff.
